Incorporating modern LED lighting technology within the classic headlight's appearance was a major design goal. A stem body with a hexagonal section is finished in nickel-plated brass, keeping the shapes and volumes simple. The telescopic stem adds a sensation of motion to the lamp, and it also serves a practical purpose by allowing the user to adjust the lamp's height.
