Perch Light Tree Moooi

Umut Yamac's hanging lamp for the Moooi brand is called the Perch Light Tree, and it was inspired by the indescribable allure of a natural scene depicting birds perched on the branches of a tree.

The Perch Light Tree is in the shape of a tree and is 270 cm tall. It is made of steel and aluminium, and the birds sitting on its branches are made of synthetic paper and polycarbonate. The LED light can be directed in any direction, making this lamp ideal for use indoors. There is space for one light source in each of the 25 individual birds.

The birds' beaks and the tips of their tails are finished in gold, and they swing freely when touched.
